We launched PRTY X SKapade Studios to make music education simple, accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Whether you’re starting from scratch, returning to music after a break or looking to grow your creative confidence, you’ll get guidance that’s friendly, patient and practical.
SKapade Studios was founded by international DJ and producer Stephen Kirkwood, built from his own journey of learning the hard way through trial and error. Wanting to create a better path for the next generation, Stephen developed a space where DJs and producers could progress faster with clear guidance and real support.
At the same time, PRTY was growing as a platform focused on events, culture, and creating opportunities within the music scene. The collaboration between PRTY and SKapade came naturally, combining industry experience, education, and real-world access.
What started as a small studio in Dumbarton has now evolved into a wider community across Scotland and beyond. Through PRTY x SKapade, students don’t just learn the technical skills; they gain insight into the industry, build confidence, and become part of a movement that connects education with real opportunities.
